The maintenance and harvesting of an ecological garden workshop will help guide the actions in the garden by clearly defining the steps to follow for ideal watering, harvesting, maintenance and fertilization. We will discuss theright things to do on a daily basis as well as those to avoid, for a healthy vegetable garden and optimal harvests.Some principles of ecological agriculture are also addressed, in order to obtain a vegetable garden that respects people and the environment.
